loves it!
I'll be honest this was my favourite Disney movie and I was worried the movie would suck. So when it was AMAZING I cried in the movie theater along with every other female in the cinema at the time it was great!

The summer of 1903 finds Molly Murphy going undercover to help find out who is threatening Houdini. Can she do it before there is another accident at the theater? This book struck just the right balance between historical detail and mystery. I enjoyed every page.

A cinematic masterpiece of dark dingy intelligence
I love this movie even if it's hard to watch sometimes. I first saw it in the theater still drunk from the night before and my mind was blown in a very unforgettable way. But upon many sober repeated viewings it's still a brilliant film.

Here's an alternate movie poster for you to enjoy:

Songs are same as beloved Disney cartoon version (0 more)
A bit long. Was ready for it to end. (0 more)
Pretty close live-action.
Enjoyed singing along in the theater as the songs are the same as the original cartoon version. Follows the original Disney movie pretty well, great for songs, but already knew the ending so just a matter of waiting for it to end after awhile.

"I was a gigantic Twin Peaks fan and always wanted to love David Lynch’s movies as much as I loved that show. That wasn’t happening for me, but then I watched Mulholland Dr. Naomi Watts’s audition scene blew my mind and broke my heart. The movie tapped into something deep within me, and I was left sobbing in the theater well after the lights came back on."

"I thought for years that Wings of Desire was my favorite film. It might still be; I’m not sure. It’s filled with so many beautiful images, and the score by Jürgen Knieper is one of the most gorgeous things I’ve ever heard. I went to the movie theater alone and was high for days after seeing this. Peter Falk is incredible in this as well."

"Deer Hunter — the human experience was just so pointed; their journeys were so difficult, as life is sometimes. I remember after seeing it, walking down the street — I actually went with a girl on a date and saw The Deer Hunter, and we left the theater and walked for like an hour and nobody said anything; we were just kind of stunned about that."
