I couldn't put this book down it was such a page turner. I was intrigued as to what was happening and what the main character was planning. Parts never seemed to line up until the very end where it all made sense. Sometimes you can never trust the character you thought was the good guy.

Denzel starts as the hard nosed veteran charged with training a rookie cop played by Ethan Hawke, many twists and turns of fate make it difficult to trust Alonzo who does nothing by the book and is totally unorthodox and sometimes very frightening.
