"That’s a movie I’ve easily seen a million times. It’s my standby movie. Where if I want to watch and movie and don’t really want to think too hard. I know the villain character in there is really, really awful. It’s a weird movie. [But] I think like it the most because it has a really great style. I love the rollerblading kids who think they’re so badass. And they have that really cool computer club, and café, and dance club."

"For me, this was the peak. I love Dangerous as well, but Bad feels more like a coherent body of work. You can feel the superstardom of the guy; he's at the top of the game. But still there is some weirdness: a song like "Speed Demon" is really weird. It came along with a whole film, Moonwalker. You get that the guy is now trying to recreate everything—defying gravity with "Smooth Criminal," and inventing shapeshifting ways of existing with the movie."

"Every once in a while a band comes along that pushes boundaries but still makes you feel and personally connect with their music. Radiohead always does that for me. In Rainbows is a great example of a band doing exactly what it wants to do regardless of what's popular or current. They have set a precedent while still staying true to their identity as a band. I love that! Some of my favorites are '15 Step,' 'Weird Fishes/Arpeggi' and 'All I Need.'"

"By Terry Gilliam, who is an amazing filmmaker anyway, and there are so many to choose from; Brazil, Fisher King… There are lots of his films that I love, but Twelve Monkeys, in particular, I thought was fantastic. I think it’s the best thing Bruce Willis has ever done, and also the best thing Brad Pitt has ever done as well. It’s just really intense, exciting and weird, and everything that I love about Terry Gilliam, so that’s up there."

"Hilarious, scary, grotesque, macabre; an opportunity to watch Peter O’Toole not playing Lawrence but still acting brilliantly, in a film that sets out to destroy the myth of British upper class superiority and does so wonderfully, demonstrating, among other things, that O’Toole is a great comic actor when given the chance. It in some ways prefigures Monty Python, but with an edge of real horror and madness that leaves one disturbed for days afterward. Not to be missed, despite some really weird moments."

"My parents had a great record collection, going all the way up to the year I was born, 1984. My dad had a lot of 2-Tone, and I’d listen to “One Step Beyond” by Madness. Being a kid in New Jersey, that was a transmission from another world: the weird accent, the sax line, and the cover. They’re all leaning on each other, this huge group of dudes. I didn’t have a concept for that – it was this bizarre thing."

Again, the same as Prometheus, I liked the movie despite hearing lots of other negative reviews. In this movie they hearkened back to using more models rather than heavily relying on CGI. Such disturbing scenes and I wasn't the only one in the cinema who giggled at the weird flute playing scene.
overall, I loved this movie and will watch it again when I get the opportunity. Loved exploring all the new worlds and seeing the cool new xenomorph creations.

Not as good as a show in Boulevard.
I love shows with Drag Queens. They are so over the top and hilarious. And they can laugh at themselves where women can't. This show wasn't as good as maybe, an episode of Rupaul or a show in Boulevard but it still deserved a standing ovation which it got! The songs and the performance in this show were brilliant! And my favourite part? That weird stop in the desert with all the hillbillies. Such fun!
