Hazel (2934 KP) rated Fatal Witness (Detective Erika Foster #7) in Books
Jul 10, 2022
I haven't read any of the Erika Foster series before so I was a little worried that I would struggle coming in this late but having read the author's Kate Marshall series, I should have known this wouldn't be an issue. I definitely feel this can be read as a standalone even though I know I will have missed the character development and back story but it really wasn't an issue for me.
With excellent characters, a really good plot and written at a great pace, this is a riveting read and one which I thoroughly enjoyed and couldn't put down.
Thank you Raven Street Publishing and NetGalley for enabling me to read Fatal Witness and share my thoughts.
David McK (3773 KP) rated Back to the Future Part II (1989) in Movies
Dec 5, 2020 (Updated Aug 3, 2025)
With a cliffhanger ending, this film should really be considered the first part of a longer movie: indeed, I believe that was the original intention before the studios balked at the sheer running length of merging the events of Part II and the (Western) Part III into one!

It makes the sins by being neither entertaining or so bad that it's funny
Nicole Hadley (380 KP) rated Trusting Jesus Every Day: Devotions to Increase a Woman's Faith in Books

Elizabeth Sharrod (5 KP) rated The Woman in the Window in Books
Jul 9, 2019
Finn really creates a character that anyone can relate to or feel for. A thriller of its genre which is already being made into a movie. The story has some twists (a tad predictable if you have an eye for detail.) However, it was an easy and enjoyable read.
