Build a castle? Don't mind if I do (3 more)
Lots of odd rooms to build.
Fairly easy mechanics

OK, so you're a king and you want to build a castle. Each round one person sets up the cost of the rooms which come out randomly. Then you buy and build. Great fun. My boy was 10 and he was able to figure it out, although it took him a bit to get the tactics right.
