An interesting movie. I really love Alfred Hitchcock and so it was really cool to see another of his movies on the screen. It has been a long while since I saw this film and it felt like I was viewing it for the first time. This is a really interesting Drama, well crafted, but I felt like it lacked a lot of what Hitchcock's other films had. Definitely a solid film, but I like a lot of Hitchcock's other films better.

Such a phenomenal book
I loved the visuals the wording painted. The ending felt a little stilted but overall I would recommend it to everyone.

I loved this story growing up and I love reading this story to my daughter. Such a simple story with such a clear simple moral.

Wasn't a fan as a child as I always felt bad for woody! But now as an adult I can appreciate and enjoy the film.

So, I love this book. I have been trying to read it since it came out, and finally got it at a library. Yay!
For some reason, I thought that, in this book, Cath (the main character) would meet her favorite character in real life. She does not. But what Rowell does do is describe a girl who has some very real life social issues. Some of which I can relate to.
I absolutely love Levi. He is wonderful. I still don’t have a very clear picture of him in my head and I think that might be a good thing. This is a book that I don’t think I want to see in theaters. If we did, I would probably have mixed feelings. We could never see into Cath’s life so clearly.
That’s all I have to say here. I loved this book. Look at my portfolio for a review to come!

ARC received from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review, thank you.
I imagine this book would look really nice as a glossy, A4, paperback. Bright, colourful and attractive with cute little drawings and speech bubbles. Visually, this is definitely a winner. After reading this book I understand that it definitely isn't aimed at my age group, I'm too old and my daughter is too young *sad face* although I believe it's something I would of liked when I was younger.
I requested this because as a child I was fascinated with the human body and now...I just like gross stuff.
The poetry element was a nice surprise, although towards the end it was a bit of a mish-mash (are we learning about the human body or Shakespeare?).
If you're interested in the human body with an extra dose of ickyness then I recommend The Horrible Science collection. I love those collections!
