This audiobook was amazing! I loved it! And it was even better because it was read by the man himself! Worth every second.

"She’s an actress who has worked in television and film for decades. She played Tupac’s mother in ‘Poetic Justice’ and Tina Turner’s mother in ‘What’s Love Got to Do With It?’ Now she’s in ‘Black-ish.’ Her book was hilarious. I listened to the audiobook, and it was so good that it made me step up my audiobook game for Creative Quest"

An amazing audiobook (or horrifying!)
I thought I’d read this years ago, but after listening to it on audiobook, I’m not so sure. The narrator was outstanding. I believed he was Pennywise and scared myself half to death in the process!! I think King writes children’s points of view so well - he seems to be one of those adults who hasn’t really forgotten what it’s like to ‘be a kid’.
This is a beast of a book, and just over 45 hours of audiobook. It took me a while to listen to it all, but it was worth every minute.

I really enjoyed the audiobook version. the reader uses a Scottish accent and it made it much more enjoyable. Predictable storyline for the most part.

This book was excellent! I listened to the audiobook and the narration was super. It is a long novel but well worth it, especially narrated.

His voice really does suit his story (I know, this shouldn't have been a surprise!). (0 more)
My first audiobook!
I listened to this as an audiobook, read by Neil Gaiman himself, and it was so good! At the same time believable and fantastical, just the kind of story that I really enjoy. The more Gaiman I read, the more I think he's a storytelling genius!

Much more accessible (to me!) as an audiobook! (0 more)
Audiobook version
This was my second attempt at this book. The first time, I tried to read it and gave up. Several years later, I found it on my library's audiobook app. I glad that I tried it: it really made me laugh, and I give all the credit for that to the excellent narrator, Ron McLarty. It's a very strange story, after all, there are a great deal of drugs involved - and you can tell! I have to admit, it doesn't make me want to visit Las Vegas anytime soon! I'm not so sure that this was the desired outcome....
