Abby is not only doing the flowers for her cousin's wedding, but she's in the wedding as a bridesmaid. But when someone crashes the wedding and then turns up dead, Abby has to set aside the flowers to help clear a friend of the crime.

It's been a couple years since I read this series, and I don't know why I let this book sit for so long. It was fun, and I really like the characters. The plot could use a few more twists and the characters could use a bit more development, but overall it was well worth reading.

Regan has disappeared. Not only is he the Wheelers' groom, but he's a friend to Trixie and the gang. So Trixie and Honey set out to find him, getting involved with a mystery from his past in the bargain.

The first half is slow, but it does pick up in the second half before a very dues ex machina moment late in the book. The characters are good here, although it does seem like Dan, Regan's nephew, should have had a larger role in the story. There are definitely worse books in the series, but there are better ones as well.

When Piggie starts hanging out with Brian the Bat, Gerald and Snake worry that their best friends will not want to be friends with them any more. Do they have something to worry about?

Those familiar with the Elephant and Piggie picture book series will be delighted with the latest entry. There is a lesson here, but it is never preachy. Instead, we get some laughs and fun as we watch Gerald and Snake overreact. Plus there's the warm ending. My only complaint, and it is minor, is that Brian really doesn't look like a bat to me. But I'm being picky here.

This mystery is somewhat fun to read about. There a mystery that keep you interested in the book. I wonder what is to happen for this couple and family. Who is behind the attacks? Why would they want to attack. Will Elli or even Nathan going to solve this. So far this book has me want get the other books in the series. My first reaction is good so far. I would rate this 4 stars or 4 Rats in my case. I would recommend the author Colleen Coble to others if they asked. I want you to decide if this for you or anyone else to read. Just because I liked it does not mean that you like it. It is up to you.

Liz Montgomery has moved to the town of Celebration Bay to help run the many events and festivals that are a key to the local economy. However, when a juggler is murdered at the harvest festival, her first event, might her career stop before it truly gets going?

The characters were so well developed I was pulled into this book, feeling the weight of each new revelation that Liz uncovered. The result was a rich mystery that I savored while still being pulled to discover who the ultimate villain was. I can’t wait to read more in this series.

My son really enjoyed it and asked me to read it as well., I was not as impressed as he was. Feels like a mix of Hunger Games and Divergent, with a few other dystopian ideas tossed into a blender and mashed up to create a new world. It wasn't horrible, but not what I would consider a great book. I will give it points that the end did leave you wanting to know what happens next, so made me want to move on to the next in the series. I will give it brownie points for capturing my son's attention. He is very picky about books, and mainly chooses non-fiction, so any fiction book that captures him deserves some credit.

This book was very fast paced, with a good grounding in the weird and wonderful Farie world (0 more)
I was bit disappointed that there was not a lot of investigating and this is sold as a book about a private investigator (0 more)
Great Introduction
I think Laurell K Hamilton is a marmite author you either love her or books or you dont. I am a hughe Anita Blake fan and was worried and this world would not live up to my expectations and it did. There are a number of uncomfortable scenes so if you a squeamish Maybe give it a miss. Overall I fell in love with characters and their world and can’t wait to start the next in the series

Definitely thought it was going to be more action packed after the first bit of the book was totaly good and I was like, I'm going to love this - then about 40% on I'd say was just boring AF - the end was action packed too which I get, most books do that, but at least give me something in between - the minor issues in there did nothing for the excitement level and I found myself wanting to DNF this book at 70% but I pushed through because that would have been sad. Definitely not continuing with the series but it was alright. I adore her family dynamic and her sense of right and wrong as well. and Cal is a treat.

I couldn't put this book down! Unfortuntely I took me a few days to get through it, what with my schedule and all.
At any rate, the author of this story does the best job of captivating her readers and I was finding myself reading faster and faster because I wanted to see how the story unfolded. I think Collins has created memorable characters that will not soon be forgotten! I cannot wait to see how the movie turns out!
My favorite characters from the book have got to be Katniss as well as her stylist Cinna. Although the other supporting characters are interesting, I am anxious to see what happens in the third installment of this series. Happy reading everyone!

Was immediately hooked on this book! Think I have a new top MC Series to add to my list of favorites! I absolutely LOVE Raven, growing up the only daughter of an MC President, this girl is as tough as you can imagine. Bash, as bad a$$ as he may be, going from Club Enforcer to President, he is a complete softie when it comes to Raven. As much as these two have gone through and the mistakes and trials they have made along the way, I still have no doubt these two belong together and can't WAIT to hear more of their story! Diving right into the next book!!! One day read for me, I couldn't put it down!?
