Back in the day it had the fear factor that made you avoid the beach as a kid and also creeped you out with the classic duh duh noises to alert you that the shark was approaching. (0 more)
Now we are in the 21st century and cgi exists, the quality looks majorly poor. If (0 more)

just disappointing
In the world where Avengers and of course the imminent Infinity War is on the horizon Justice League is just an utter failure of a franchise movie
Be it the action, the dreadful CGI, the thin plot and the utterly terrible bad guy...it's just a disappointing mess

The CGI and creativity in terms of the monsters is brilliant. The interpretation of the apocalypse is nothing we haven't seen before but it's well executed and there are some pretty cool locations. (0 more)
The storyline is VERY predictable which makes it an easy watch but you'll have guessed the plot after about 25 mins. (0 more)

Characters are weak
Poor ending
Should have been better
I really wanted to enjoy this film but unfortunately I just couldn't. So I'll start by saying the action scenes are great and the quality of the CGI is top notch but that's about it, the story is fairly weak and the characters are very 2 dimensional I never really felt for the things that were happening to them it didn't pull me in. The ending was poor and you know its lining up for a sequel which is the mistake they make, they should have made it longer and actually finished it as I can't imagine a sequel will help in any way. I would say wait for the Netflix release. ?

The CGI leaves quite a bit to be imagined. (0 more)
Good storyline, good twist, mediocre cgi
So, as much as I loved watching this film and found myself enthralled into the story behind it. I found the visual effects somewhat lacking. Not reaching a high enough expectation for this kind of movie.

A movie based preliminarily around virtual reality the visual effects should be muh better and it is let down by this. That being said, the twists in the story and the way the characters are brought together. Brought this was very intuitive and clever. It showed good dynamic and gave the watcher someone to root for.

Disappointing and full of cliches
This is a mediocre movie. It had an interesting concept but fell short and feels a lot like other movies out there.

It was not scary or gory and the truth & dares could have been a lot more ambitious.

I like a couple of the actors but no character felt likable. The movie was predictable and felt slow paced at times.

The CGI isn't too great when truth or dare is being asked. At least I think it's CGI bulecause it just looks too weird.

Ok the plus side I didn't fall asleep so I wouldn't say it's the most horrible movie. I also went into this with low expectations.

Let's go nuts!
Well since seeing the trailers I have looked forward to this. Especially with Michael Keaton back as Batman. Still the best Batman for me. Teaming up with Supergirl and two Flash characters. What's not to like. It's handy if you know the backstory to the Flash but it's covered here even if you are new to the character. Also @Man of Steel (2013) as that story resurrects here. It's just amazing to see all these characters on screen with some amazing action scenes. Only down side is some slightly poor CGI at times. Otherwise definitely one of the best DC films since Wonder Woman and Aquaman.

Very funny
Great family action film
This felt like a next generation Indiana Jones film for me. Might have been a bit of a sleeper hit as it was out the same time as the Matrix. The Sfx are good, plenty of action and humour as well. The best of the Mummy series.

This moved the story along for the first film with some nice call backs to James Franko's character later on.

Overall I enjoyed this but it suffers from the same problems as the first film, a slightly meandering plot that would have been better served by less running time.

Another Horror flop
I thought I'd give this a go even though it looked a little low budget. How a horror film with a 12a rating is supposed to be scary baffles me. It just doesn't work. Starts off a bit creepy in an old house but quickly becomes a little silly.
