But while things quickly get hot between Roxy and her sexy shifters, evil forces are also building to mount an attack. If the dragons want to protect Roxy from the most dangerous foes they've ever faced, they may have to make choices that could lose her forever.
The last of the anew stork dragons! We see the leader pair complete their triad! It was a quick read possibly could have had more depth but Overall it was ok! The series on a whole was good getting to know the dragon higheracy.

Phenomenal. Breath-taking. Complex, and well worth both the wait and the work - well, it’s not really work to read this. It was all pleasure.
To say this book is wide-sweeping would be an understatement. Set 500 years before The Priory of the Orange Tree, A Day of Fallen Night encompasses a whole world, with different religions, traditions and cultures. The complexity of this book! And then there’s the fact that I didn’t for one moment feel confused. The style of writing in each Kingdom was so distinct, that I knew immediately where I was (no reading ahead and then back again to figure out where I was!).
Matriarchal societies, societies where homosexuality is accepted (and in fact is nothing extraordinary), dragons, magic, did I say dragons? Yes, OK, I did, but I cannot stress enough how much I loved the dragons.
There’s over 800 pages of action, fighting, adventure, romance, politics, love, betrayal, religion, dragons (have I mentioned the dragons?), magic, strong women, noble men. Ah, I could go on - I won’t.
If fantasy is your thing, you’ll love this. If you’ve read and enjoyed Priory, you’ll love this. I don’t think it matters which order you read the two books in, they’ve been written as standalones in the same world. And, if rumours are true, there will be more - AND I CAN’T WAIT!!!

On paper this book ticks all the boxes for one that I should like: Alternate history, historical setting and dragons.
Unfortunately the reality for me fell well short fo what I felt could be acheived. This is the first book by Novik I have read and perhaps starting at number 6 means I am missing something, but this just failed to gel.
The concept of the dragons being a reality and influencing history was one that was easy to grasp but so very little was done with it. The dragons themselves are quite dull - far from the spectacular beast of legend they have little interesting to do and virtually no personality. There is also not a great deal of plot strung out very thinly involving a chase across Australia, but it takes so long to get going and the chase is repettitive and didn't capture my imagination.
There are some sparks of good ideas here - the smuggling, the political issues in Sydney (caused by the governer - a certain Captain Bligh) - but they end up undeveloped and drowned by the plodding narrative which doesn't seem to want to examine anything that doesn't involve the dragons.
The central idea may have promise in other books of the series, just not this one. Sorry Naomi

Lots of characters with varying attacks and abilities (2 more)
Extremely easy to get 5 star heros and dragons without paying anything
Always putting out new events and heros to keep you involved with lots of things to do
This is a very bright, colorful game that runs smoothly and always has new things to do. There are new events all the time, which means new stages to play through, new heros and Dragons to obtain, and new rewards for playing the stages.
Like a lot of other apps, in this game you collect heros who you put in teams and use to get through stages and complete the story. This game also gives you Dragons to collect, all of which are very visually appealing, just like the heros art is. Dragalia Lost, unlike many games in its same vein, makes it incredibly easy to get heros and Dragons in without ever paying money. You can get 5 stars very easily in Simmons and theres never anything you HAVE to pay for to get.
Overall it's a very fun game that always has something to do in it.
