Frecklesxoxo (6 KP) rated Night Star (The Immortals, #5) in Books

This was by far the best so far, she has overcome so much and it got a little dark what with her best friend trying to kill her and nearly succeeding as she had died for a min but not long enough for her soul to leave and go to the shadowland as when she got hit in her weak chakra she saw her life flash before her eyes and rectified her way of thinking, realising how wrong she had been ergo saving herself from an eternity of nothing.
Really looking forward to the final instalment as I am eager to see just what is encroaching on summerland.

What better way to review the Smashbomb app
So I was chosen to test the new Smashbomb apps beta run, and I have to say things so far are running smoothly. Creating a new article such as this was easy, the button responses are smooth and fast. It's easy to navigate and the loading times are perfectly fine!
Congratulations to the Smashbomb team. You should be very proud. Keep up the good work guys :)
(I will post send an email with any issues I find but I've had a play around already and everything seems fine so far)

Dwayne Johnson (1 more)
Action packed.
This generations Bruce Willis.
Crazy, far fetched, rediculous over the top - I loved it...
Don't evpect anything other than a thrill a minute action ride and you won't be disappointed... Yes it's so far fetched it's rediculous but is that a bad thing....
The "former" Rock cements himself as a genuine action hero in this film that 20 ish years ago you could easily have seen Bruce Willis in...
I probably laughed a bit more at the sight of Johnson hanging upside down from a prosthetic leg and the following sequences than I should have but it is all silly fun...

Ross (3284 KP) rated Joshua Tree by U2 in Music
Jul 6, 2020
Rolling Stone's 27th greatest album of all time
Far from being a U2 fan, I don't mind admitting this album has some incredible songs on it. However, the tracklisting is all wrong, having (by far) the best 4 songs on one after the other at the start, it is then something of a slog of samey rock staples thereafter. And similarly to Behind Blue Eyes by the Who (I had only ever heard Limp Bizkit's cover), I had only heard Richard Cheese's cover of Bullet The Blue Sky and was pleasantly surprised with the original. For me, U2 went downhill rapidly after this, but this is a brilliant album.

Political and Correctness were the two words far from writers Parker & Stone when they created this feature length satirically biting look at life through the eyes of Cartman and his friends.
Cursing is the topic on the menu and Canada is to blame (isn't it always) and the profanity on show here although extreme and extended is no different to the controversial hit show of the same.
It's incredibly and consistently funny and I can see how it would appeal to some, just not this reviewer as the humour on show just was not the kind that amuses me, and differs from the, in my opinion, far superior Team America.
