I enjoy some stories of avalon.. this one was good. I really enjoyed how Gwen is portrayed and how the writing shows her feelings and her life. The writing was amazing and I;m glad i got to review it

Does anyone else have a book blog I can check out?
Has anyone ever had these feelings before? What did/do you do about them?

I have mixed feelings about the failure of "Solo". This is a link to a good article from Forbes.

What is everyone's opinion?

Well, I believe standard Hollywood maths is that a film has to make double its budget before it goes into 'profit' - and when you hear rumours that (due to a 70% reshoot) Solo cost around $250 mn, the $400 mn take looks a little less impressive.

My opinion would be I think Disney panicked a little bit on this one. Obi Wan with Ewan MacGregor would've done much better than Solo I think. I agree too slow down a little and make us all anticipate just a little bit.

There were certain parts of this book I could highly identify with, because I shared the feelings Don had - but so much of it was repetitive and by the end of the book I found myself doing some heavy skimming.

"The biggest takeaway from Michael is how relaxing it is for this anxious, stressed-out body to just step back and watch the feelings, watch the thoughts, watch the waves of different currents of emotions and not overly identify with them."

I loved the music and sounds affects, evoking feelings of atmospheric, creepy old English horror that I grew up watching. More like this please. (0 more)
It couldn’t finish the plot without resorting to a Scooby Doo ending. (0 more)
A fine throwback to 70s horror

Stays true to the book
Don't expect a fun time
It's a great show, but expect to have negative and sad feelings at the end of certain episodes. It's designed that way because war sucks and it's stupid. You've been warned.
