Bong Mines Entertainment (15 KP) rated AlleyGod by Alley Boy in Music
Sep 2, 2019
Alley Boy is a rapper from Atlanta, Georgia. Not too long ago, he released a melodic rap tune, entitled, “Rewind”, featuring trap-Godfather Future.
‘Rewind’ is a reminiscing tune which finds Future taking listeners down memory lane to the long last days of his innocence. Also, the likable tune finds Alley Boy rapping about his successes and failures.
‘Rewind’ contains conversational rap vocals, harmonious melodies, and melodic instrumentation flavored with trap and hip-hop elements.
Alley Boy, a former Atlantic Records’ standout, has been pretty busy this year.
His “Alley God” project is still going strong thanks to assists from 21 Savage and production from Mike WiLL, Fritz, & more.

Intense, riveting and dark ... just what you want from a psychological thriller about a serial killer in a small town. An excellent read and an author I will most definitely be looking out for in the future. My thanks go to the Publisher and NetGalley for my ARC.

An interesting take on a dystopian future
I've avoided this book (and show) as I actually thought it was some sort of religious period drama which didn't really appeal. However I'm glad I finally caved in as it's nothing like I thought and actually a very interesting take on a dystopian future.
The main issue with this book is the writing and narrative style. It's different, it takes a bit of getting used to and it's a little frustrating at times. But once you get past this, the story itself is a great one. Its a disturbing tale of a future where religious ideologies rule and women are kept as slaves, and is sadly something that could well end up being true. The story reveals just enough about Offred's past and the world before the state came into being, without being confusing or saying too much. My only issue is the ending. It was very abrupt and potentially cut a little too short. There was much more that could've been said!

The technology in most episodes seems like something that could happen in the future (2 more)
Some episodes are truly terrifying and make you think about how much technology can/has/will change and how it can sometimes go really, really wrong
Still some humor thrown in to balance out the scary/crazy

Though the first book really pulled me in at the end, the 2nd was just as boring as the beginning of the 1st.
It was just to slow for my taste.
I may try it again in the near future but i just couldn't get through it as of now.

Nuanced performance from a normally criminally underused Clive Owen.
A provocative view of earths dystopian near future as a virus causes infertility and mankind is doomed to die a prolonged death.
Great visuals and stand out performances from Owen and Moore with a great Cameo from Michael Caine, a must watch.

In this book things start to heat up, Keatyn has decided she will no longer be a victim or wait, she is going after Vincent herself.
It is great to see this more fierce side of Keatyn and her to finally start making some decisions regarding her life and future.
