First of all, I love the gold foil on the cover. It is shiny and very nicely illustrated. The journal itself is very colourful, fun and informative. There are many various topics discussed in this journal, such as body image, mental health, mindfulness and many more. It has many many fun tasks in every section, to help the reader explore themselves, helps to deal with mental health struggles or stress in general. 🙂 This journal has a very fun balance between adulthood and childishness. The topics are serious and grown-up oriented, but the illustrations and colours remind of something from my teenage years. 🙂 At the end, this journal has a couple of pages of fun stickers and a couple of postcards as well, that made me extremely happy. 🙂

So, to conclude, I love this journal! It is very well designed, it helped me to relax and to explore myself and my view about me and my mental health. I am from the generation where no one discusses their mental health, so this journal helped me to see things differently. I strongly recommend this journal to anyone who has low self-esteem or needs a fun emotional outlet. It has boosted my mood, and I hope it will help someone else as well.

I was very interested to check out this journal because I wanted to find out more about anxiety and how to deal with it. All these terms regarding mental health are still new to me, so I was intrigued to find out more of the ways to identify it and deal with it. I have been sent a digital copy of the journal to review, so I am going to share my overview of what to expect. 🙂
The first thing that caught my eye was quotes written in watercolour! I have a weakness for beautiful quotes and watercolour art, and this journal has that on every second page! Also, this journal is a very well designed tool to write down your thoughts. There are plenty of prompts to guide you, and it makes you delve deep into yourself and your mind.
So, to conclude, even though I didn’t get the chance to actually fill in the journal, I really liked the way it is designed. The colours and the art are soothing and inspiring, and I liked that there are so many prompts to help with everyday and life fears and things that make people anxious.

"Jeff is an accomplished food writer, and this book about René Redzepi, the chef of Noma, will certainly make you hungry. A brilliant and fun travel journal for foodies."

it is a lovely journal. It has 99 different lists to fill, the topics are taken from everyday life and the variety is very wide. From “Things you think are cute” to “Clothing that feels the most “you” ” The year has been a little grim, so a reminder of what makes me happy is quite handy. The journal is nice and colourful and filled with very fun and adorable illustrations. 🙂

So, to conclude, “99 things I want to do” is still on my wish list, but this journal is a fun reminder of the best things in life. I recommend to anyone who struggles to find joy in life, it might serve as a reminder that everything is not as bad as we think.
