My partner didn't like it because of the humour and language which he thought wasn't faithful to the original Star Wars movies - it was too different for him but I personally thought it was enjoyable and I loved Kylo Ren's character. I just found that Princess Leia scene a bit cringy to watch.... not sure what they tried to do there but it was weird.

After almost 40 years since its original release (damn now I do feel old!), this is still one of the best horror films of its time, maybe it’s not on par for the younger audiences that have gotten oversaturated with the CGI and gore, but The Shining is psychological masterpiece that has to bee seen on a big screen for the full effect.

A spectacle
Nope is a film that is more like an experience, a very different, quirky type of film. It is a bit of a slow burner for the first half. Definitely made up for it in the second half. It has a good cast and the cinematography is great. A weird and enjoyable film.
