What a page turner! Yes the plot is a bit ridiculous and yes the characters lives are a bit bizarre, but you can't deny that this book is gripping the whole way through!

The twists and turns in this book are never ending and they're all completely shocking, though one in particular strikes you more than others. I'm definitely going to look into more Peter Swanson books after reading this one, I think he's an excellent writer and if he continues to write books as good as this I can easily see him becoming one of my favourite authors.

A real page turner. I found it hard to put down and was reading it every time I had a little break. Although, there are a lot of repeats in description, actions, and even dialogue from the first book (I grew a little tired of the repeated telling of "sweat running down her spine", or the "Anita nodded but realized so and so couldn't see and then spoke") but it was still enjoyable. I was a little disappointed that Jean-Claude didn't make as much of an appearance in this story but hoping for more in the next one.

Gripping LetRPG
I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Having already devoured a Luke Chmilenko collaboration, I was greatly anticipating Savage Dominion by Luke Chmilenko and G.D. Penman. This book did not disappoint!!

From the very beginning, this book reads like the best RPG you have ever played. Three unlikely characters become travelling companions, and then almost friends as they take on challenges and quests together. We see them levelling up and learning new skills and abilities as they proceed on their journey.

Already looking forward to Savage Dominion: Wyrmshard!!

Easy read
Love this book
Estranged friends Ashley, Natalie and Lauren take a vacation to Mexico to try to repair their lost friendships. The night before they are to return home Ashley disappears, leaving Natalie and Lauren to figure what happened to their 'friend'.

This book was gripping...from page one for me. We all have those friendships that become distant or strained through time. And this story takes you on the journey of hidden secrets and possibilities of when the truth comes out...can relationships survive nthe truth?!? Again, loved this booked, it was gripping, engaging and transported me to the beautiful location of Tulum, Mexico as Natalie and Lauren scramble to find out what happened to their missing friend.

Great work Liz and Lisa, you did it again and knocked it out of the park!

Hooked like I didnt think I would be!

I first need to thank the author and publishers for the opportunity to read this in exchange for an honest review.

"Briella Blake has always been wicked smart. When she's invited to attend a special school for gifted students, she finally has the chance to focus on a project that begins to consume her - the ability to recreate and save copies of a person's entire set of memories. Her friendship with a raven that's as smart as she is leads to conflict with her mother Marian, who is no longer able to deny that there's something wrong with her child."

This is a real page turner!
I do not want to give too much away so I am really unable to elaborate; but this is a wonderful book.
Well-constructed and written book, touched on subjects of motherhood that are often called taboo or women are made to feel they can’t talk about or feel.
When I first started reading the book
I had my suspicions about Briella - I tried to like her but I really couldn't. She just had something about her and I turned every page thinking to myself how creepy she made me feel and wondering who she would kill first.
This is a real page turner, made all the more unsettling by the presence of the enigmatic creepy Briella. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who likes suspenseful thrillers and would also suggest fans of horror give this one a go as well. I feel like this could make a good creepy film if done right!

If you start reading this book you won't stop!this book is written like a conversation between two people. It will guide you through the biggest questions of life and gives you an easy way to see solutions for problems in life with the '' Adler psychology '' - fo everyone who doesn't know it Adler was a great psychologist, same time as Freud and saw life a bit different. Long story short : everything can be changed - the opposite of Freud who thought what happened to you as a child will define the rest of your life.
This book is written in an easy way and is an absolute page turner ?

Good character development and believable. (0 more)
Some of the dialogue is a bit repetitive. (0 more)
This novel was gripping from the start! I love the way it captivated the reader without giving away one of the major plot points until 3/4 of the way in. The characters were realistic and believable, made all the more impressive because most are teenagers. The situations they find themselves in and issues they encounter were relatable in the sense that it was entirely probable that would be the way they think, act, speak and behave. The only downside is that, at times, the dialogue was a bit repetitive. All in all, a real page-turner.
