Almost perfect
A little late to the game, I bought this album just after buying previous albums by fozzy in 2020, a delightfully gritty style of 80s style rock and modern rock merged into a unique blend.

I love the guitar work
"In Stasis" is my stand-out track
Melodic rock
I got into Of Allies last year, and speak to them often on Twitter - their latest album, Epoch, is an ethereal-sounding triumph of rock.

If you like your rock with a slightly prog feel to it, with powerful male vocals, and melodic guitar work, definitely check it out

My favourite tracks from the album so far are "In Stasis", "Play Dead" and "One19".

"This one is a given. The zipper is brilliant. The presence of kit and tackle is definitely felt. Sticky Fingers is my all-time favorite rock-album title as well."

Party
Simple but incredibly effective bouncy rock music with a piano or keyboard as the main instrument. Happy and raucous.
The lead single (Party Hard) was a huge hit and rocked like an out of control party BUT the album tracks all sound so similar that they blur into one. It's a shame because it's a hell of a trick making the piano into a rock instrument again.

This Is Spinal Tap (1984)
This Is Spinal Tap (1984)
1984 | Comedy

"Rock films, or rock bands for that matter, were never looked at quite the same way after this film was released. Rob Reiner, er, Marty DiBergi gets the director credit, but somehow I feel the combined improvisational talent of Christopher Guest, Michael McKean, and Harry Shearer has an awful lot to do with the sublime content within. Yes, it’s funny, but it’s also as painful as any Bergman epic. Such is life."
