Full of stylish action - the flame-thrower bit in particular is impressive - with Keanu Reeve's titular john Wick making a couple of cameos (and showing why he is so feared in 'this' world of the movie), this never-the-less seems to lack the bite of the action movies from which it is spun off.
Still worth a watch, though!

I got really into this. The mystery surrounding Jay and his vendetta against the woman who'd ran his name through the mud in her newspaper articles. Bu there was also something else there, something he wasn't saying.
I LOVED IT!
I can't go into too much detail or I'll give everything away but it was so well put together and thought out that it really impressed me.
The only reason I knocked it down half a star was Jay's behaviour towards Matilda at times. Saying that he wants to be friends and no matter how much he seems to want her she has to say no and when she doesn't he just gives in anyway. Mixed signals or what, Jay!
But nevertheless, I really enjoyed this story!
