No new comics you can't find in the other collections, but it does contain some of the best from this comic strip. And Bill Watterson's commentary on the strips is priceless for die hard fans of the classic.

The start of the classic comic strip. See Calvin meet so many of the characters we came to know and love, including Hobbes. Yes, some of the jokes are dates (VCR's anyone?), but the humor is just priceless.

A Classic
I first read this a few years ago and I absolutely loved it. I keep meaning to read more of his books but haven’t as yet.

Everyone knows the story from the many many films that have been made over the years but to read the original story as he intended it makes for an interesting read!

Absolutely riveting!
This is my absolute favourite book of all time!! It's such an epic story of betrayal and revenge - you become completely and utterly lost in the story - you care about the characters, their futures.. Every time I read it I pick up on something new, it's just an absolute classic that everyone should read!

80's classic
A memorable 80's film with one of Tom Cruise's early leading roles. No doubt inspired many other films. It's very similar in feel to @Ferris Bueller's Day Off (1986) with a teen going wild while the parents away, taking the Porshe for a spin all to a 80's soundtrack.

Donald O'Connor's Make 'Em Laugh scene (1 more)

Donald O'Connor's Make 'Em Laugh scene is one of the best performances in all cinema. He was enormously talented and, arguably, even a better dancer than Gene Kelly. I love this classic movie. The storyline falls a bit flat with me but the singing and dancing can't be best.
