"I want the fortunate readers to know that contemporary sounds are not restricted to lighthearted pop. There's as much heaviness available as well. The celebration of punk might be bad in the grand scheme of things but what I'm saying is, you wouldn't catch me digging into my parents’ record collection. You wouldn't want to dare go there.

The fact that I treasure my friendship, for instance, with Depeche Mode really catches people off guard. But under thorough analysis, Depeche Mode was super-heavy, particularly live. That bottom end, that can only be found through synthesisers. It's earth-shaking. At one point back in the States Depeche Mode was wrongfully tagged and people said, ""Oh, you like that disco-sounding stuff?"" Well it wasn't. It was heavy."

The Saga Continues is not the home run that Wu-Tang Clan fans have been waiting for, but to keep the baseball analogy, it’s an RBI double.

I can give just 1 reason to watch
To excuse the cliché but I can give just 1 reason why you should watch 13 reasons why ,it's addictive tv ,while the subject matter is said to be contraversal it doesn't play on the theme too much so it's not too heavy viewing

Pretty heavy on the dark if you like the original stories (0 more)
I like the concept of the story , but if you are a fan of th fairy tale sweet versions these dark ones might really not be for you. I didn’t expect to like to much . Better than I thought it would be.

I enjoyed the individual case studies and the complexities of neurology but the heavy use of jargon made me rate this lower. What made me rate lower was he referenced to other neurologists like I knew them and had read their books. This is a book for people with an understanding of neurological disorders.

I love the marvel franchise and I think the combination of all the characters was well put together with some astonishing cinematography (0 more)
I felt that it was a tad violence heavy, whilst I understand all fights were seemingly necessary to the plot I just felt there were one too many scenes that ended in a fight. (0 more)

Mount Dragon. Labor des Todes

I'd read both 'Relic' and 'Reliquary' quite a few years back, and had enjoyed them both.

Based on those two novels, I decided to give 'Mount Dragon' a shot as well. Unfortunatley, this is nowhere near as enjoyable as those other two books: I found this one to be slow, heavy going, and totally lacking in any charismatic characters.

Us (2019)
2019 | Horror, Thriller
Worth not just one watch, but at least two.
At first I wasn’t sure what I was watching and I still don’t know that I fully grasped it after the credits rolled. This was such a crazy, heavy movie with so much symbolism. You’re not going to fully grasp everything Jordan Peele is throwing your way with one view.
