I look for yummy yummies
One of the best JRPG's of the playstation era, set on Gaia, the hero Zidane starts a whirlwind adventure by kidnapping a princess. The friends and discoveries made on the way are a truly emotional ride. The music is masterful and the cutscenes were very well done for the platform. I have come back to this game many times, with all the side quests and mini games there is so much to do its possible to find something new after multiple playthroughs. Many hours i spent as a child playing this wondrous creation in the golden era of Square. Brilliant game i would highly recommend.

Netgalley and the publisher provided me with a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review
If you're looking for the grim dark n edgy that DC does to varying degrees of wellness this book is not for you.

If you want a silly romp that revels in outrageous fun and Easter eggs? This is your book!

Hiram Lodge wants to drain a swamp and build over it. Pamela finds out about this and gets Harley to join her in kidnapping Betty and Veronica.

Which would have worked out beautifully if not for Zatanna and Sabrina.

Oops!

I don't think I can properly express the joy this book brought me. It's absolutely delightful!

A good backstory
Although not officially Moore-approved, this six-issue collection gives a glimpse of the glitz and glamour of the original group of superheroes, before Watchmen. We get a short introduction to the members of the crew (most of which have their own volumes in the "Before Watchmen" series), and how they came about and interacted. Some amusing fails from their early attempts to foil justice (remember these aren't superheroes, these are guys who donned a costume and went looking for trouble), leading up to a case involving the kidnapping and murder of children.
I'm not a huge fan of the artwork here, being quite cartoony, but it seems to fit the era OK.
