I read this for the first time only a month after reading the whimsical romp that was ‘The Prisoner of Azkaban’. It was lovely and funny....that is until the World Cup, at which point I thought ‘well that escalated quickly’.

Another reason that I am grateful to my sister for keeping on at me for trying HP again. Funny, exciting and very moving. Loving this series immensely.

Btw Amos Diggory is a p**k and is it bad that I kind of agree with Barty Crouch for what he did to Winky?

Mary Anne only stops being a doormat because she fears the wrath of K. Ron Hubbard. Check.

An older woman, who presumably has been living by herself for quite a while, breaks her ankle and just...lays around waiting for someone to hear her yelling? I'm going to pretend that she just passed out from the pain, woke up and figured she'd call out before moving her ass so a neighboring cat wouldn't eat her face.

The sexism b-plot with Nicky and Buddy was kinda nice, though.

I received a copy of this book from Netgalley and the publisher in exchange for an honest review.

I loved this book so much and I am so glad I got read it.

The story revolves around Steph and the AI she befriends.

Steph's had a lonely life moving from place to place to escape her abusive father. Her only friends are on the social media sites CatNet.

This is a wonderful story about friendship, loyalty and a kind-hearted AI who just wants to look at kitty pics.

Live-action remake of the 1994 Disney film which (from what I remember) sticks almost exactly to that source material, with Emma Watson's Belle perhaps given a bit more independence than before.

Mostly the same songs as before (although I'm not sure about Hermione - sorry, sorry, Emma Watson - vocals), with maybe one or two new additions, with those songs serving more as time fillers than for moving the plot along (compare these to those in Aladdin and you'll see what I mean) - that's not a criticism, as such, just an observation!

This is a game we enjoy playing on both side of my family and it is a go to for a quick easy we can play with the kids before moving to other games. Kids and adults welcome, you will enjoy this and find with different people you will get very different results
