You really get a sense of the turmoil that affects many young people who come from households with strict religious beliefs, torn between what their family want and what they want.

There are a lot of characters in this story, and not all of them are likable. The author has sent a plague of moths unto the people, who are already plagued by their narrow minds and greed.

Cool magic system with ok Characters
The characters are obviously smart people however they often make stupid mistakes, which can be frustrating. The magic system is very well developed and Lev's explanation of Circumstance is very well thought out.

It creates a space to have conversations about self harm and suicide. I don't necessarily agree with how the show handled these issues, but it got people talking. (0 more)
It kind of romantises issues like self harm and suicide while making others feel guilty, as if it was their fault. (0 more)

What' a phenomenal book. It is well written, and I couldn't put it down. I can't believe the horrific things that were done to people. By the end I was bawling my eyes out. I voluntarily read and reviewed and advanced reader copy of this book from netgalley.

James McAvoy is again absolutely stunning in this, as he was in Split. I loved the ending. (0 more)
Unexpected!
I completely understand why some people didn't like this, particularly the ending but personally I thought it was incredibly well done. McAvoy really is an actor to be reckoned with.

Classic
This movie has Dumb in the title twice so if your not a fan of laughing at people being stupid it won't be for you. This movie brings some nostalgia for some. It won't make you laugh really hard but it's still a good one to watch.

The end to a ground breaking Triology
The battle of the sentinals against Zion make this worth watching for that alone! Still can't come close to the first film, but better than the second. I can't believe some people rated this as low as 2/10!

American Pie (1999)
American Pie (1999)
1999 | Comedy
Teen comedies are not my favourite genre, however this one has a few saving graces.
There are many laugh out loud moments that will mainly appeal to adolescent boys although some people will say it's an overrated watch.
A decent comedy worth at least some of your time.
