Childhood Revisited
I have really enjoyed the series thus far. It brings a bit of nostalgia mixed with SciFi that just melts the heart a little bit. The sound track is fantastic and fits the series very well. Acting is good! A well rounded cast really brings life to the normalcy of 80's and not so normal upside down!

I enjoyed the fantasy aspects of this film. If you are looking to hard at this film with the lens of hype behind it you will be disappointed. If you are looking for a buddy cop film with fantasy aspects you will be content. Don't think to hard about what the critics say about this film and enjoy it. I was able to get my anti-scifi watching boyfriend to enjoy this movie.

Wasn't in a rush watch this at first as he's not a character that I've come across in my time of being a marvel fan. This was a pleasant surprise when watched this as its gripped me all throughout the film great graphics and storyline. Would of liked seen more about his abilities seen more but that's just my opinion. Will say this is a must watch for marvel fans and scifi

Unpredictable scifi
This a film based around two characters who hold the screen so well considering the limited additional cast. I’m not a major fan of either leads but they both impressed me with compelling and emotive portrayals.
The ship on a 120 year trajectory to a new planet and it is carrying over 5000 people in hibernation until one pod releases its subject too early. The plot was strong right to the end and I was expecting it to peter out. I thought it ended in a good spot.

Very weak story (1 more)
Not much of a horror or scifi
Let's not bother
Well only tried this out as recognised the actress who plays Tiggs was popular on UK TV. It's a very low budget film. Set in an advanced facility with advanced Ai and augmented reality specs. It's all a bit vague as to why the kids are there, what they are learning. Very quickly turns into people just running down dark corridors, air vents trying to escape the evil kids. A poor ending which was quite predictable caps it off.

Promoting self belief and acceptance.
Not really sure what theI point of this film was.
To me this movie made no sense other than promoting self acceptance, love and family dynamics.
I went into it expecting a scifi, empowering, adventure story, instead I found it overall lacklustre. I was honestly bored after half an hour which rarely happens and the disappointing thing was, that this could have been a great film, it had good potential.
Im not even sure this film would appeal to kids to be honest.
However I would say its very colourful and the visuals are pretty good.

I get hooked on a multitude of feelings by Guardians Of The Galaxy (2014) #Review
Do you remember when summer SciFi blockbusters were unashamedly fun? Do you remember how you felt watching “Return Of The Jedi”? Before you got all old and cynical and ironic. Before your “Star Wars” heart was hardened by special edition vandalism and successive soulless prequels? Before the angry words and bitter sentiment of a million revisionist websites convinced you the Ewoks were irredeemably lame and that “Jedi” was when the rot started? Do you? Well, that’s what’s waiting for you on the other end of the tickets to Marvel’s “Guardians Of The Galaxy” that you’re going to buy...

Realistic controls (4 more)
Awsome story
Not to easy but not to hard
Multiplayer quick matches
Good repayable
Expert controls are a hard to get used to (2 more)
But repetitive and simlar levels to previous games
Very expensive top tier craft to unlock
Good game all over
Absolutely joy to play on normal controls easy to fly and shoot and do all missions. But on the expert controls which for me just can not get used to. Aircraft are brilliantly designed and look so like the real thing. Nice bit if scifi with the laser weapons on the later craft unlock. Unlocking the aircraft you have to think ahead to which path you want to take. As i tried to get the su57 towards the end. Playing multiplayer is good for noobs like me most of the matched dont really score much but you get a lot ofcash to unlock more craft and part quickly.
Over all a great game
Over all a great game

Slow Development (1 more)
Next to No Character Development
Overly Popular for What it is
I find that as reminiscent as this show makes me for the many scifi fantasy films of days past the idea in of itself is original. Rather instead it pulls from all these old films to create something new and as intrigued as I was with the plot itself I found myself unable to pay attention. The story follows a group of two dimensional characters as they try to figure out what happened to their friend who disappeared. The charm of the film died within the first two episodes however as the show dragged on and on, never really getting anywhere until the last few episodes. I watched this because everyone had told me how wonderful it was but I found no wonder here, just another over popularized show that is no more than a copy of films from the past.

I just saw this in theaters and was amazed by the visual effects. I am slightly new to Dune (never read the book or saw the 80s movie. Although I have caught references to it because I'm a scifi and fantasy nerd). So I was mostly going in blind.
I did get confused with a few things that were happening I did eventually get enough that most of my questions got answers (and I figure those that didn't will be explained when I read the book).
The actors were great. And I found myself getting lost in the story on multiple occasions. On the times I thought the movie was dragging I'm not positive that it was completely the movie's fault as much as it being a combination of lack of knowledge on my part and the movie theater starting the movie late and playing a large amount of trailers beforehand, and usually when I thought this it was after a time i was confused.
I can't wait to see part two.
