The movie picks up where the last movie left off. Lara Jean and Peter are officially dating and life is good,but when Lara Jean receives a letter from John Ambrose - the final love letter recipient - she starts to reply but shoves her reply in a drawer and it's forgotten about. That is until John Ambrose shows up at the same place Lara Jean volunteers at and her old feelings come rushing back, she then needs to decide if Peter is the one for her or if it's John Ambrose she wants.
After the perfect ending of the last movie, I felt a sequel wasn't needed but I wanted to watch it anyway, and I was right, a sequel really wasn't needed. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't a terrible movie but I felt like it didn't have the same feel as the first one and a lot of the time I felt annoyed at Lara Jean. However, I did have to remember that she's only 16 years old and it shows what many teens that age are going through.

Dredd- is a non stop action film from beginning to end. Karl urban was the perfect choice for dredd.
Mega City One is a vast, violent metropolis where felons rule the streets. The only law lies with cops called "judges," who act as judge, jury and executioner, and Dredd is one of the city's most feared. One day, Dredd is partnered with Cassandra, a rookie with powerful psychic abilities. A report of a terrible crime sends Dredd and Cassandra to a dangerous area controlled by Ma-Ma, a drug lord who will stop at nothing to protect her empire.
Once dredd and his parter are stuck inside a building no way in or out, thats when the real action begins, killing everyone in the way to reach ma-ma and stop her from releasing the slow mo drug to the world.
Its sad to see that dredd didnt do well in the box office or in theaters, because dredd was a great movie. Its also sad that we havent gotting a sequel to dredd.
Dredd is a highly reccomendation.

Just...so bad
Ghost Rider was one of the many terrible Marvel adaptions that were unleashed upon us before Marvel Studios started the MCU, and for me, this is easily one of the worst.
There's just nothing to really get excited about here - the cast is pretty dodgy (I appreciate Nicholas Cages general existence, but he's such a bad fit for Johnny Blaze), Eva Mendes is pretty forgettable, and Wes Bentley plays a hugely generic villain - a far cry from the demonic Blackheart from the comics.
It's quite obvious that any meaningful script or basic plot were put second behind attempts at flashy shots.
The CGI has aged pretty badly as well, with Ghost Rider himself looking like something from a PS3 era cutscenes, rather than a big budget superhero film.
I can't wait for a proper Ghost Rider adaption to happen within the MCU in the future (Agents of Shield made a pretty good start) but unfortunately, Johnny Blaze was one of the many Marvel characters that got a piss poor movie around this time.

I can't remember if I had already said that I wasn't looking forward to Beauty and the Beast. I wasn't disappointed... and by that I mean I was expecting bad things, and got bad things... but not where I expected. After seeing the trailers I wasn't really feeling it, Beast looked terrible, as did all the other CGId characters. Once there though I was pleasantly surprised by the animation of Beast (not so much the others). The original is obviously a hard act to follow, I mean, those songs were perfect... but the village song near the beginning of this new version was really difficult to decipher. And the one thing everyone loves about a Disney film is that there are singable moments, but there really weren't in this one, not in the same way... don't get me started with Tale As Old As Time. Incoming unpopular opinion... I didn't enjoy Emma Watson's singing. Disney leads should have powerful and moving voices, and she just didn't. The best think about the film was definitely Kevin Kline, he was amazing.

So, after a tireless search yesterday, I decided to watch this documentary miniseries. It was very disturbing in multiple ways.
For one, it made me glad I never paid for any R. Kelly songs. The only song I have on my iPod was provided to me, courtesy of Limewire. Secondly, it made me feel incredibly terrible for laughing at all of the skits and jokes surrounding R. Kelly, like the Chappelle Show and South Park.
This series features multiple survivors, and the families of women still trapped in this strange sex cult. That dude is sick and likes children. I have to say Vince Staples' rant that was featured in the last ep was my favorite part, because it was purely the truth.
As always, it's interesting to think about that if the victims weren't the race that they are, maybe something would have been done sooner. It really makes you sick to your stomach.
The only thing I didn't like is that some of the episodes repeated portions of the interviews again.

Unbelievably Disappointing
I was highly disappointed by this season. Although, it makes sense as a follow up to the previous season, it is as though they were simply trying too hard. From the first episode they threw in so many flashbacks and cut through so many scenes that the whole plot became lost in the confusion. As hard as I tried to follow what was going on I can't help but feel as though most of the charm was lost. It was disappointing after how good the first season was but this season simply did not hold up. This being said the characters were a joy to see again and the graphics and scenery were amazing. However this does not excuse the terrible line up for the plot that made it just about impossible to understand what was going on. While I couldn't look away from the first season I found that this season simply could not hold my attention.

Staggeringly camp entry to the annals of man-in-a-gorilla-suit fantasy deserves about a 2 as a serious drama, but earns a much higher mark for sheer entertainment value. Michael Gough chews the scenery energetically as a mad scientist whose stated plans to discover the secrets of life by breeding giant rubber Venus fly traps actually seem to revolve around him leching all over his attractive female students and sending his pet ape Konga to strangle people. It all ends badly, as you might expect.
You have admire a film where people are given lines like 'There's a monster gorilla that's constantly growing to outlandish proportions loose in the streets!' and manage to deliver them with a relatively straight face - or perhaps that's just me. Much here to appreciate if you enjoy overacting, dodgy special effects, absurd melodrama, and terrible dialogue. The climax feels a bit bolted on considering what has come before, and it's disappointingly limp and static, but a hugely enjoyable Bad Movie in all other respects.

Poorly executed
I remember seeing the trailer for this and being intrigued, yet didn't get chance to watch it at the cinema. Which is a shame as it might have been better on the big screen.
The plot and idea behind this is a good one. An app that tells you when you die thats actually true? With today's technology reliant society, this is a wonderful idea for a film as it can resonate with most people. The problem is that it has been very poorly executed. I didn't find it particularly scary or horrifying, and the number of deaths in this are surprisingly lacking. They've also tried to give this a proper back story and explanation when really it wasn't necessary. If they had made it a lot creepier and a lot less explainable, this could've actually been a decent film as the acting of a couple of leads was quite good. And i loved the IT guy who definitely brought a few laughs.
Overall not terrible, but not particularly scary for a horror which was a shame.

A great crime thriller
I'm not a huge fan of crime thrillers, especially not series related ones. Mostly because they're two a penny and the majority of them are fairly second rate. However there's something about the Harry Hole series that really draws me in.
Maybe it's Harry Hole himself. A beyond flawed and almost irredeemable reckless and crazy character, yet one you really can't help but love. Or maybe it's because Nesbo really knows how to write a crime story. He keeps you guessing to the very end and the plot in this story is particularly interesting - an intriguing serial killer mixed in with Harry's vendetta to bring down a corrupt cop. The story in this is just right. The right amount of detail and twists to be thrilling and entertaining yet still plausible.
This isn't my favourite Harry Hole book, the accolade for that probably goes to The Snowman (how they turned such a good book into a terrible film I'll never understand). But this is definitely one of the better books in the Hole series and worth a read.
