Over the top action film as He-Man and his fighters end up on earth as Skeletor searches for a key to make him all powerful. Not bad for an 80's comic book action film. Worth a watch for grown up fans.

Masterclass in fear and suspense, this is how you do horror on a grand scale, this is Scott's Magnum Opus and only just edged from top spot by the follow up, Aliens.
The chest bursting scene gets you every time, a classic!

A decent enough film, with good production value. However it's no Gladiator this time out, in truth it feels more like a prequel to what led up to the tale of Robin Hood. It can't top Prince of Thieves though for me.

Plenty of action and amazing SFX,taken to a new level. Has it's slow periods and links more with the first than the second. Sometimes the action can be a bit too frantic to appreciate it all. However still a top quality movie.

The second book in the Tek series...

I absolutely love these books! I first read them in high school in the '90's and loved them then too!

They are a bit campy and over the top...but so much fun :c)

I love every captain America film, They are definately addictive suck you right in. I have to believe that its the Disney money and influence raising the bar. Definitely over the top and will makes you think
