One of my Go-Tos for streaming
Love my Amazon Prime. At the time of this writing I am pushing through the TV show Psych, once again. Having all of MY library from Amazon in the same place as their full streaming catalog is great. Also, being able to jump between devices is always a win.

Surprisingly Amazing
I was pleasantly surprised finding that I actually really enjoyed this series. As someone who enjoyed the previous spin offs from Doctor Who I found that I actually almost liked this better than even Torchwood. It was clear to mehowever that theconnection to Doctor Who seemed a little forced and almost unnecessary as the series could easily have stood on it's own as a really good TV show.

Exploitation at its worst. It's terrible to subject children to some of these people chosen for this show. They may have the adults would make good tv but at what cost to the children who have to live with that stranger for a week. Parents who sign their families up for this should be visited by child protective services to determine what other poor decisions they have made involving their child's care because some of this stuff is borderline abuse.

I have now read a few of Iain Rob Wright's books (which I will get round to reviewing soon). The Room Upstairs was the latest read and I have to say that, like all his books so far, it was a rollicking good read. Wright delivers a good balance of horror and dark humour. I have often been reminded of the old tv show Hammer House of Horror whilst reading his books (a good thing for me at least). Recommended reading
