I thought this was a great show to highlight the problems faced by many teens these days. It didn’t gloss over the harder points, instead it showed them to the full which I appreciated. It was hard to watch but I think it was needed.

It sometimes takes ages to sync but it really does help me to know when I have slept well and when I haven’t so I no what kind of day I’m going to have. The dashboard is very easy to navigate and user friendly.
