"My favorite Fellini—maybe because it’s one of his most modest and endearing. The depiction of friendship always touches me."

MCU
MCU ladies and gents brings most of our favorite heroes together in this first of three avenger movies. The acting is impeccable athe story is fun. It's hard to say who had the best lines (even though Iornman delivers most of them) but, the "he's adopted" line is still my favorite.

Director Darren Aronofsky is one of my favorite directors working today. His films are amazing, creative, not for everyone, detailed, vague, controversial, stunning, inventive, visually stunning, emotional and brilliant.

This list happens to also include my favorite film of all time.

Which is your favorite?

Do the Right Thing (1989)

"So, actually, 25th Hour is my favorite Spike Lee movie for a whole bunch of reasons irrelevant for our purposes. But there’s no denying the power, the heat, and the energy—the perfection, really—of Do the Right Thing. And the cultural impact of it alone is worth the price of admission. It’s also one of my favorite New York movies. And one of my favorite modern fables. It’s stupid that I’m still typing. I don’t have to sell anyone on Do the Right Thing."
