Kathy Bates best movie ever in my opinion

The story of a nurse who happens to rescue her favorite author from the scene of a car crash and brings him to her little home to try and help him recuperate. However once she finds out that her authors story has an ending she doesn't like let the sick and twisted mind of King take over.

If you have read the book then the movie is as graphic as that.

This book was good. It kept my attention. I think I was only slightly disappointed by the climax part because my expectations were higher because it's Stephen King. I do warn others, if you have a weak stomach, beware because there is gruesome harsh parts in this book. I would recommend the book to others.

Brilliant
I need to be very honest now, despite being a massive film and Stephen King fan, I have never seen Misery until now. I’ve read the book many times, but for some reason I never got round to watching the film, and I’m pretty ashamed of myself.

This is one of the best Stephen King adaptations out there. Kathy Bates is phenomenal as Annie, she plays her perfectly. James Caan would never have been my first choice as Paul Sheldon, but he does very well. The entire film is so true to the book, it’s surprisingly good. Whilst I wouldn’t call it a horror film, it’s definitely one of the best thriller films out there despite its age. I can’t fault this film at all.

Based on the Stephen King novel, The body, which is the backdrop to this great story. (2 more)
Outstanding acting from the then young cast.
Nostalgic story of friendship and the vulnerability of youth.
Coming of age movie, with the late River Phoenix. Stand by Me is a small, quiet film that walks tall and resonates long after.

I was definitely expecting witches when I saw the title of the book but was pleasantly surprised by vampires :P I love the extremely aware links it makes towards Dracula. The characters are also superb. Yet again somehow Stephen king manages to include so many characters whilst still holding onto the story and no confusion. I was absolutely gripped.

A pretty good film based on a Stephen King novel. It may be a bit slow for some, but overall it is an enjoyable film about a guy who reminisces about his best summer as a young boy. A good character story which in places has similarities with Stand by me and is quite a heartwarming film.

Being a fan of horror and Ewan McGregor I was very interested. Bare in mind Stephen King only released the novel a few years back I was a but skeptical but it shines through. Pardon the pun. (0 more)
A bit on the long side and would of liked a bit more background on the flower lady and her community. (0 more)

Great series
So many amazing characters and the nostalgia is real.
The soundtrack is astounding and the setting is fantastic
Totally hopes it gets people into DND and all things Stephen King and nerdy
The only problems I had was the repetition with 11 and her powers but also it had a bit of a lull half way through.
