Check out my reviews, any particular type you like? The Conjuring films are very good, insidious not bad very creepy. @Sinister (2012)
was very good. If you like 80's vibe try @It Follows (2015)

I mainly enjoy indie horror more than mainstream. I tend to avoid Studio horror films, but will agree the conjuring and sinister movies were pretty awesome.
I liked it follows as well, but it got to be too predictable and I felt a hint of deja vu when I watched it.
